Ok here is one that I am still trying to do...  drink more water.  I don't know why this is a challenge for me.  I like water but I don't drink it enough.   We are supposed to drink 8 glasses of water a day.   You can get this from other foods and drinks as well, but nothing like pure simple H20..  I am really going to try harder with this one.

So today's tip is simple...Drink more water.




  1. Good luck getting water logged, Trish! ;-) I keep a glass near a pitcher and drink it by the cup full. In other words, I'm not a water sipper. But I still try and get it down. Also, I begin every morning with a glass of room temperature water with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. It's a really great way to get your metabolism going after a good night's sleep.

  2. I have heard that about drinking water with lemon in the morning. It makes me sick. Yuk. It is something I struggle with but I am trying... I'm going to go have a tall glass right now. Thanks for the encouragement. Happy Drinking !!
